A BTF workout is the next best thing to having a personal trainer. Our small classes ensure clients get plenty of personal attention. BTF is for all types and all fitness levels. Each workout can be tailored to your individual needs.

Don’t: Bring negative thoughts and judgmental behavior, or forget to schedule your classes ahead of time!

Body Temple Fitness - Things to Know



•  Always bring a pair of indoor only, clean shoes
•  Arrive 5 minutes before class

     (If you're not present and you haven't notified us, your spot may be given away and you will be    

       charged a late fee.)
•  Towels are free and bottled water is available for 50¢
•  Cancel 12 hours prior to the start of class to avoid a cancellation fee
•  If you don’t show 3 times in 1 month, you may lose your scheduling privileges
•  If you are on a wait-list and no longer want the spot, please take yourself off

•  Childcare is available
