KATIE GLATZER
In 2014, my dream of nearly 10 years became reality when the doors of BTF opened for the first time! I am honored and blessed that the Mahoning Valley has welcomed and received BTF into the community. I started my journey in the fitness industry in 2003 when I became a group fitness instructor. I had played softball from the time I was 4 all the way through college. When that ended, group fitness filled that void and quickly became and still remains, my first love of fitness.
In 2010, I became an ACE Certified personal trainer and was able to do that for nearly 5 years before opening BTF. The creation of BTF has allowed me to merge both those worlds together by creating a group fitness class that combines cardio and strength with individualized attention. I am so very passionate about what I do and I hope that is evident every time you walk through our doors. The best part of the adventure is being able to run this business with my family! My husband Nick and I have been married since 2002 and we have 4 beautiful children; Evan, Kenley, Brooklyn and Colson.
ABOUT BTF
Body Temple Fitness is a studio that offers a very specific workout environment for all types of people at all levels of fitness. It is our mission to make fitness fun and inspiring through the atmosphere, the instructors, and the workouts we create. Typical classes feature 55 minutes of cardio and strength interval training.
You will constantly be switching between the two so you will never get bored!

CHILDCARE
Bring the kids! We provide childcare for our clients right off the main lobby. Children age 3 months and older can play under safe supervision of BTF staff. Childcare passes are available for purchase at the front desk, $2 per class per child.
